It feels a little like solving a puzzle. At each table, a different person is waiting for you, bringing with them a particular strand of research, a practice, a tool. At first, these encounters appear to be separate fragments, even though you know they are all, in one way or another, concerned with sustainability (in the arts). As you move from one conversation to the next, however, the pieces begin to fall into place. Each person seems to be revealing another part of the sam
